All shipping prices are per order, not per item or by weight, so no matter how big your order, you pay one price. The following tables give the current pricing, and expected delivery times.

Returns
In the unlikely event that any goods that your purchase are faulty or not up to standard in any way then we will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate for the order or part order that is faulty. Before returning any products to us you must contact us either by telephone, or email and arrange the return, we do not accept any unreported returns. In purchasing from this site you are covered by the EU regulations relating to distance selling. This means that you have the right to cancel your order and return the goods to us within 7 days. This applies to all goods which are unused and in original condition. All returns under these regulations are at your own expense. We reserve the right to charge a re-stock fee of 40% of the order total on any goods returned to us outside of these rules.
Privacy
Any information collected in the course of your browsing of this site, or purchasing from us is used exclusively for the site. We will not sell, pass on, distribute, or in any other way expose your information to external entities without your express permission. We do analyse routes taken through the site, and products ordered purely for the purposes of stock, and site maintenance. This information is also not onwards disseminated.
