I'm actually pretty let down by the Karnival Assassins deck. Don't get me wrong, the artwork (which is the main feature on a deck like this) is fantastic, and some of the gaff cards are a nice touch (I like the ad card with prediction - good use of an ad card). However the quality of the cards is AWFULL! It sounds ridiculous, but they seem thinner than your standard Bicycle deck and certainly do not measure up with the current standards set by Ellusionist and the Masters editions. I do not understand why they havent used the new UV500 paper, I think when you're buying such a specialist, one off deck, you want them to have a bit of life in them. Mine bow out of shape and fan/spread horribly.
In all, if you want a deck to impress, buy a ghost deck/shadow masters. If you just want a good deck of cards, buy yourself a masters deck...worth every penny!
