These cards were played only at the court in Berlin. The kings show French rulers from different epochs (for example, the Cross of the King = Louis IX, the King of the Crown, Charles VII). On the Queens and Jacks, noblemen and mercenaries from the corresponding period (eg, Kreuz-Bube = Tempelritter) are depicted. With this luxury edition, Bridge, Rummy and Canasta can be played.
